Frequently asked questions

Yes — during launch, every tier gets the full Upliftt feature set. The only difference is your client cap. We'll introduce feature tiers later as the platform matures, but founding coaches always keep access to what they signed up for.
An active client is anyone with an active profile in your Upliftt account. Archived or inactive clients don't count toward your cap. You can archive clients anytime.
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're only charged the difference. There's no lock-in on monthly billing.
Founding coaches keep access at their locked-in rate. New features will be rolled out progressively — you'll be the first to get them and you'll never pay more than your founding price.
No platform fee from Upliftt. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction), but we don't add anything on top.
